TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.• You may not claim the artwork as your own or remove my signature/watermark.• You may not resell or redistribute the artwork without permission.

• Payment must be made 100% upfront before I begin the commission.• Accepted payment methods: VGen and PayPal.• No refunds for any reason.

• I will provide updates during the sketch and coloring stages.• Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. Major changes after approval may incur extra fees.• The estimated turnaround time is 1–3 weeks, depending on complexity and queue.

Please respect these boundaries when requesting a commission.I will not accept any artwork that includes or promotes• NSFW or Adult Content, nudity, sexual acts, or explicit themes• Racism, xenophobia, or white supremacy• Homophobia, transphobia, or any form of LGBTQ+ discrimination• Sexism or misogyny• Pedophilia, child exploitation, or any sexualization of minors• Incest or non-consensual acts• Abuse, torture, or glorification of violence, promotion of self-harm or suicide• Animal cruelty or abuse• Use of extremist symbols or ideologies

• Final artwork will be delivered digitally via gmail or VGen platform.
